ZAFFIRO is the signature premium brand from Praesto Atelier, created for those moments when “ordinary chocolate” is simply not enough. Inspired by the deep blue sparkle of a sapphire, Zaffiro stands for richness, elegance, and unforgettable flavour experiences.

We craft small-batch dragees, centre-filled chocolates, fox nuts and nut-based treats with a simple promise: every piece should look beautiful, taste incredible, and feel special from the first glance to the last bite.

From crunchy almonds, pistachios, peanuts and fox nuts to silky white, milk and dark chocolate, each product is carefully developed, coated and finished with patience. Colours are chosen thoughtfully – vibrant, joyful and modern – so that our jars, boxes and gift packs feel as premium as the flavours inside.
